| Job Description: |
|
Assign acquisition tasks to team members and get status on each draft visit daily
Assist junior team members before/after draft visits, in negotiation and verification of documentation
Oversee site acquisition of VSAT, MGWs & special projects as assigned by the manager or HOD and Resolve issues
Maintain good liaison with people concerned in Cantonment Boards, Municipal Authorities & TMAs
Make Lease Agreements, get approvals and assist owners to get approvals from local competent authorities for BTS sites
Meet Political Agents (Baluchistan) and other law enforcement authorities regarding permission and provision of draft visits etc. or address the access related issues
Raise purchase requisitions, process payments, follow up for cheques status
Supervise acquisition to commissioning. Help stakeholder departments if they face any hurdle in doing their work
Supervise the process of sites dismantling as part of the business relocation project
Supervise vendors for addressing the power issues, obtain NOCs from the competent authorities and or if site acquisition is required
Ensure smooth conduct of sites audit in relation to minimizing the theft issues |
