Handle office management activities including but not limited: 1. Arranging meetings 2. maintaining calendar 3. Preparing minutes of meetings 4. Hotel and flight bookings Manage paperwork related to departmental coordination Follow up sub departments of business reports and presentations Oversee PR/PO/invoice management Manage events including but not limited to meetings, workshops, department functions etc. Coordinate with other departments for operational efficiency Oversee training management and coordination |
