Job Description:
Handle office management activities including but not limited:
1. Arranging meetings
2. maintaining calendar
3. Preparing minutes of meetings
4. Hotel and flight bookings
Manage paperwork related to departmental coordination
Follow up sub departments of business reports and presentations
Oversee PR/PO/invoice management
Manage events including but not limited to meetings, workshops, department functions etc.
Coordinate with other departments for operational efficiency
Oversee training management and coordination
 
Skills Required:
 
Essential Skills
Hands on experience of MS Office suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
Proficient in operating MS Project and MS Visio
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Well organized

Basic knowledge of supply chain
