|
The ideal candidate should Holds a Bachelors or Masters Degree in IT with specialization in HP UX/ Oracle and Have 3 years of related experience Job Description - Develop Adhoc/ Analytical reports
- Document SOPs and system processes
- Perform Database/ Application backups
- Ensure that all Departmental KPIs are met
- Perform data reconciliations with peer departments
- Analyze trends and patterns of Interconnect systems
- Perform Troubleshooting and Resolution of system issues
- Perform development and automation of Operational tasks
- Liaise with internal and external departments including Finance
- Debug CDR processing and rejections with proposed solution to fix the issues
- Perform core operations and administration tasks related to National/ International Interconnection
Essential Skills - Should be a team player
- Should have excellent Analytical skills
- Should have experience of SQL, Bash Programming, Unix OS Operations
Desirable Skills - Should have experience of .Net or Java programming
- Should have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Should be proficient in MS Office
