The ideal candidate should- Hold a Bachelor/Masters degree preferably in Computer Sciences
- Have minimum 3-4 years of experience in the IT Support Environment. The experience in IT Service Management will be preferred
Job description- Responsible for troubleshooting and Incident management
- Provide Technical support on all end-user issues in the area of IT Networks, Systems and Security
- Analyze data, troubleshoot & investigate
- Coordinate with different functional teams
- Effectively manage teams
- Effectively manage IT Assets
- Manage IT power infrastructure support (High end UPS support)
- Manage IT Customer Service support to the end users
Essential Skills- Should have complete understanding of ITIL environment
- Should have understanding of System Admin Procedures and IT Service Management
- Should have good communication and interpersonal skills,
- Should have hands on experience of network, systems, applications, utilities and security suite on clients systems / end-user machines
- Should have good problem solving, analytics and presentation skills
- Having working knowledge & information about client-end / end-user support mechanisms in an enterprise environment
Desirable Skills- Should have sound co-ordination and follow up skills.
- Should be able to meet deadlines under pressure working conditions on continuing basis
- Should be a Team player, dynamic and organized
