Job Description:
The ideal candidate should
  • Hold a Bachelor/Master’s degree preferably in Computer Sciences
  • Have minimum 3-4 years of experience in the “IT Support Environment”. The experience in IT Service Management will be preferred
Job description
  • Responsible for troubleshooting and Incident management
  • Provide Technical support on all end-user issues in the area of IT Networks, Systems and Security
  • Analyze data, troubleshoot & investigate
  • Coordinate with different functional teams
  • Effectively manage teams
  • Effectively manage IT Assets
  • Manage IT power infrastructure support (High end UPS support)
  • Manage IT Customer Service support to the end users
Essential Skills
  • Should have complete understanding of ITIL environment
  • Should have understanding of System Admin Procedures and IT Service Management
  • Should have good communication and interpersonal skills,
  • Should have hands on experience of network, systems, applications, utilities and security suite on clients systems / end-user machines
  • Should have good problem solving, analytics and presentation skills
  • Having working knowledge & information about client-end / end-user support mechanisms in an enterprise environment
Desirable Skills
  • Should have sound co-ordination and follow up skills.
  • Should be able to meet deadlines under pressure working conditions on continuing basis
  • Should be a Team player, dynamic and organized
