Job Description - Supervise sales and distribution in zone and provide guidance to Dos and franchises to improve the effectiveness of sales and distribution channel.
- Implement company policies with respect to routing of distribution officers (DO).
- Ensure that team members are geared to work towards common objectives and are rewarded as per performance.
- Manage franchise and retail channel by motivating and counseling the concerned and explaining the profitability model.
- Ensure targeted outlet product availability and visibility.
- Oversee Franchise Business Development.
- Take steps to achieve sales targets as per defined KPIs of the company, personal and team level.
- Lead a team of distributor's salesmen and report to the Zonal Retail Manager
Essential Skills - Should have good written and verbal communication skills in English and Urdu
- Should display the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must be able to work well in a pressure situation
Desirable Skills - Should be proficient in operating MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Must be willing to frequently travel to all parts of Baluchistan
- Should be fluent in Pashto and Balouchi
