| Job Description: |
|
Achieve monthly targets of Call Dialing Record and Mobile Number Portability (MNP)
Manage shift of Business to OTAR as per given target
Implement effective, efficient and measurable retail distribution system
Maintain two to three days stock at the retailer's level
Maintain 95% airtime and CDs availability on retail outlets
Ensure 95% visibility of product on outlets
Maintain 100% accurate, complete and authentic Sales Tracking System and Every Dealer Survey (EDS) data
Conduct regular market visits and share feedback
Carry out trainings of sales team and franchise staff on regular basis
Provide daily, weekly and monthly reporting to RRM |
