We require customer services representatives to assist our valued customers and communicate their feedback with other teams.
SKILLS REQUIRED
Customer handling Customer Relationship Management Customer Support Representative Strong documentation communication skills (English, Urdu) Proficient in computer handling (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Word) Strong familiarity with Rawalpindi and Islamabad locations with strong road knowledge. Must know how to use smart phones (Android and iOS)
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE Computer literate with ability to learn customer services software applications. Professional verbal and written communication skills and the ability to touch type.
