ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
·Developing quick understanding of Job requirements by clients..Using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking in order to attract business from client companies·Developing a good understanding of client requirements·Using social media to advertise vacancies·Headhunting - Identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work and getting referrals for other potential candidates·Using candidate databases to match the right person to the client's vacancy·Reviewing applications, managing interviews and creating a shortlist of candidates matching with the client requirement·Preparing CVs and correspondence to forward to clients in respect of suitable applicants·Negotiating offer of employment with the candidates and finalizing arrangements between client and candidates
Skills Required:
- Minimum A & O Level Education will be Essential.
- Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal.
- Minimum of 1 - 3 years of experience in the Recruitment Industry will be advantageous but not essential (Ideally in Mobile/Celluar Phone Engineering Sector, for lcients like AT&T, T-Mobile, Mobilink, Telenor, Ericsson, Alcatel-Lucent placing contractual and permanent staff including USA, Middle East, UK or China).
- Already familiar or should quickly learn about job description of RF Design, Optimization, RFDS and RNDCIQ Engineers of 3G (UMTS) and 4G (LTE) networks.
- Preference will be given to the candidates who has a strong working knowledge of professional networking sites including LinkedIn and Twitter.
- Job publishing experience with Job boards like Monster, Indeed, JobServe, Noukri, Rozee, gulftalent is essential.
- Experience in Engineering & Technical recruitment preferred, though applications will also be considered from those with a strong Sales & Marketing background.
- Experienced in Business Development and head hunt potential Candidates
- Building strong relationships with clients and candidates to provide an excellent quality of service and generate repeat business opportunities
- You must be a high achiever in your current sales role - achieving targets and earning commission on a monthly basis.
- You will have an excellent telephone manner, a professional demeanour and be used to working long hours in order to succeed.
- The drive and enthusiasm to run a successful recruitment desk.
- Proactive person who can use own initiatives and has a strong will to succeed
- Understanding of Cultural values of the Far East Region in relation to the set laws of Recruitment is advantageous
- Working knowledge of various applications of Microsoft Office is a must.
