Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Marketing professional that will Work with sales and account management teams for customer evangelists to create PR, media and marketing opportunities.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Develop marketing collateral and sales tool like brochures, datasheet, presentations and proposals.
- Determine and coordinate online and onsite events like webinars, tradeshows, seminars and customer events.
- Report on periodic activities, results and ROI for marketing.
- Manage content of marketing sections of website and social media
- Plan and implement software product launch
- Manage working relationships with Sales team members to review needs, prioritize and deliver.
- Monitoring and analyzing market trends
- Studying competitors' products and services
- Exploring ways of improving existing products and services, and increasing profitability
- Identifying target markets and developing strategies to communicate with them
- Preparing and managing marketing plans and budgets
- Presenting findings and suggestions to top management, investors and BOD
- Traveling to trade shows, conferences and seminars
Qualifications:
- BS/MBA degree in Marketing, Advertising or similar will be considered a plus.
- Energetic, highly motivated, with an enquiring mind and passion for excellence and innovation in pursuit of business growth and success. You must have a passion for getting things done, and an appreciation for details.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Marketing and Corporate communications with strong business acumen
- Previous experience of working for a Pakistan based software firm will be an added plus
- High integrity and openness combined with commitment to good governance
- Have knowledge of a wide range of marketing techniques and concepts
- Be an excellent communicator
- Work well in a team and with a wide range of people
- Be proactive and able to take the initiative
- Be able to motivate and inspire a team
- Be able to work within a budget.
