| Job Description: |
|
- Co-ordinate and maintain the daily schedule of the Managing Director and the PAs own personal workload and responsibilities.
- Deal with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the Managing Director.
- Possess high quality verbal communication skills with the ability to meet and greet with staff and visitors at all levels of seniority.
- Prepare and produce documents, minutes, briefing papers, reports and presentations for the Managing Director.
- Ensure effective communication links between the Managing Director, the Senior Executives, and relevant Department Managers and Coordinators.
- Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management, filing etc.
- Receive and filter telephone calls and take phone messages.
- Co-ordinate meetings and appointments for the Managing Director.
- Provide administrative support to the Departmental Managers of the Division when required.
- Present appropriately for all work activities and act with sensitivity, confidentiality, courtesy and discretion at all times.
- Such other reasonable duties as directed by the Managing Director.
