Job Description:
  • Co-ordinate and maintain the daily schedule of the Managing Director and the PAs own personal workload and responsibilities.
  • Deal with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the Managing Director.
  • Possess high quality verbal communication skills with the ability to meet and greet with staff and visitors at all levels of seniority.
  • Prepare and produce documents, minutes, briefing papers, reports and presentations for the Managing Director.
  • Ensure effective communication links between the Managing Director, the Senior Executives, and relevant Department Managers and Coordinators.
  • Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management, filing etc.
  • Receive and filter telephone calls and take phone messages.
  • Co-ordinate meetings and appointments for the Managing Director.
  • Provide administrative support to the Departmental Managers of the Division when required.
  • Present appropriately for all work activities and act with sensitivity, confidentiality, courtesy and discretion at all times.
  • Such other reasonable duties as directed by the Managing Director.
