Responsible for providing quality sales and customer support services through inbound and outbound calls,live chat and emails on the basis of provided guidelines.
Handling incoming calls from customers or prospects with the intent of promoting company services to qualify shipping potential and generate leads when applicable also provide consultative sales support to match new and existing customers to the products that best meets their needs and making cold calls.
Qualifying leads, setting appointments, making follow-up calls after a trade show or after a direct mail campaign, up-selling, cross selling, taking surveys, getting customer or client feedback, announce a special sale or event, do market research, etc.
