We need a resource with following qualifications for our Offshore Back Office
Graduate with good command in English communications.
Have some prior experience (year or two) working for offshore service setup preferably.
Good command of MS office (Word, Excel and preferably MS Access).
Good sense of business as I see this role evolving from performing some of the following tasks to operations incharge of offshore back office services.
The initial work involves:
Candidate searches related to Linked In, Indeed, Ladder etc
Data entry in Web based database
Fixing/completing records in web based database
Performing searches in database
Report preparation etc.
We will provide initial training to the resource but some prior experience in the similar industry would be beneficial.
