- Organize and lead the finance department.
- Prepare and implement the generally accepted accounting best practices.
- Prepare the monthly financial statements and management reports.
- Coordinate with third-party local tax consutlants to keep the organization compliance with the local tax laws.
- Prepare and run the monthly payroll.
- Lead and participate in day to day admin related duties.
