|
- Co-ordination in CMES with Clients.
- Responsible to Administrate CMES floor OPS monthly as per given S.O.P by management.
- Ensure to log in customer complaints and will rectify the same as per the customer satisfaction.
- Assurance of 100% satisfactory customers.
- Coordinate with technical Staff to solve the tech issue at any bank or branch.
- Ensure proper electricity supply without failing in CMS.
- Ensure all the PTCL lines are working properly without distortion.
- Maintain complaint receiving time & complaint solving time & also maintaining the complaint solving difference.
- Extra equipment invoices for HBL/SCB.
