Job Description:
  • Co-ordination in CMES with Clients.
  • Responsible to Administrate CMES floor OPS monthly as per given S.O.P by management.
  • Ensure to log in customer complaints and will rectify the same as per the customer satisfaction.
  • Assurance of 100% satisfactory customers.
  • Coordinate with technical Staff to solve the tech issue at any bank or branch.
  • Ensure proper electricity supply without failing in CMS.
  • Ensure all the PTCL lines are working properly without distortion.
  • Maintain complaint receiving time & complaint solving time & also maintaining the complaint solving difference.
  • Extra equipment invoices for HBL/SCB.
