Candidiate will be expected to be workimg partially with a Foreign Companies hence he/she should have the willingness to learn and adpat to different rules and regulations as per the countries local law. He/She must process strong accounting skills with knowledge of payroll, accounting softwares, national and provincial tax laws.
Candidiate should be capable to handle matters which may include but is not limited to:
- Prepare Bank Payments Voucher.
- Prepare Bank Receipts Voucher.
- Petty Cash Expense Recording (Multiple Suppliers in Different Countries)
- Vendor & Customer Invoicing (Multiple Vendors in Different Currencies)
- Bank Reconciliation.
- Monthly Sales , Purchases & Sales/WHT/any other local or foreign Tax Reconciliation.
- Revenue and Expense forecasting and Stream
- Monthly Salary & Wages disbursement/[ayroll
- Manage all the relevant tasks related to the remittance like Letter of Credit, Delivery Orders and/or Telegraphic Transfer for the local/foreign contracts and agreements
- Maintain Financial data and verify information accuracy.
- Negotiatiation on suppliers contracts and legal terms cost
- Work Closely with Tax consultants and legal associates
- Any other task as assigned by the Management.
JOB SPECIFICATION:
- Strong follow-up/coordination skills
- Must have good analytical and personal skills
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Atleast 3 years experience in the relevant field(preffered)
