• Overseeing the Company’s adoption of appropriate policies and compliance with billing regulations.
  • Overseeing the guidelines from the Office of Inspector General (OIG) and HIPAA rules are implemented.
  • Routinely conducting Compliance audits.
  • Investigating, and resolving issues about the company’s privacy/security policies and procedures.
  • Adherence to current healthcare industry regulations and policies; compliance with insurance procedures, allotted benefit coverage and overseeing of claims and their analysis.
  • Maintaining current knowledge of applicable American Federal and State privacy and security laws and regulations.
  • Developing privacy and security policies and procedures.
  • Coordinating with Director/Manager Compliance, management, relevant departments, and committees to create and maintain required documents.
  • Routinely conducting Compliance audits.
  • Investigating, and resolving issues about the company’s privacy/security policies and procedures.
Education & Skills Required:
  • Masters degree in Business Administration/IT/PM.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9000 Standards.
  • Good analytical and presentation skills.
  • Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with O/A levels.
