MTBC seeks Digital Marketing Manager to direct and implement strategies for sales, advertising, and general market placement. This person will execute decisions that may affect all aspects of an organization’s financial health. He will help determine the efficiency of such marketing directives and identify ways to adjust campaigns to best engage target consumers/customers/partners. Moreover he/she is responsible for managing marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities at a company or organization. Takes steps to measure, enhance, and enrich the position and image of a company through various goals and objectives.

Digital Marketing Manager Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the company website.
  • Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the website.
  • Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns.
  • Plan and execute web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
  • Design, build and maintain social media presence of company.
  • Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness.
  • Managing the redesign of the company website.
  • Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website
  • Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data.
  • Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
  • Meets marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions
  • Achieves marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales
  • Information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service
  • Collaborate with sales and sourcing to develop strategic partnership activities and implement the execution framework and strategic plan on identified opportunities

Skills Required:

  • Combined 10 years or more of professional experience.
  • 5+ years of software product marketing experience with exposure to sales.
  • Master’s in business or marketing.
  • Very strong written communication skills.
  • Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues and cross-functional teams, and third parties.
  • Manage an effective, efficient and productive Marketing Department by ensuring the appropriate structures, systems and competencies.
