The main responsibility of a spoken language facilitator is to help employees understand English and assist them in enhancing their spoken English skills so they may be able to communicate with the foreign and local clients effectively. Your duties will range from the preparation of course work, planning of classes and making assessments through graded assignments.
The major job responsibilities include:
- Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) by assessing communication gaps and weaknesses
- Coordination with department heads while designing the training schedule
- To impart language skills to employees for spoken English through training & practical demonstrations in order to develop them as professionals
- Maintain pace of instruction to ensure inclusiveness and group learning
- Engage employees through effective communication of the course content
- Organize innovative activities to promote interpersonal communication skills
- Leverage experiences of real life
- Conduct role playing activities to enhance communication skills
- Ensure healthy participation of less involved trainees by introducing activities keeping in accord their profiles
- Ability to improvise and analyze each employee’s capabilities and potential of improvement
- Periodically provide quantitative feedback and assessment report to keep the participants involved and motivated
- Generate and share training results with the management
Skills
At least 1 year of experience as language trainer/facilitator.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Sound MS Word and PowerPoint skills.
Foreign working experience will be a plus.
