- Review and draft contracts, agreements and legal memos and ensure that they are in compliance with all statutory or legal requirements.
- Liaise with external counsel for efficient and effective conduct of litigation matters in local courts.
- Provide continuing counsel and guidance on legal matters including but not limited to healthcare reforms, securities filings and breach of contract disputes.
- Should be a team player and be able to work/communicate with different departments on a daily basis.
- Assist General Counsel in pre- litigation phase of proceedings through research of US Federal and State laws and drafting complaints.

- Excellent command over written and spoken English – must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of management, employees and clients.
- Strong research and analytical skills essential.
