Manager - Medical Services

Medical Transcription Billing Corp. [NASDAQ: MTBC], a publicly-traded healthcare IT Company, seeks to hire Manager Medical Services for its Rawalpindi Office. The incumbent will report to Chief Medical Officer and will be responsible to:

Manage day-to-day operations of medical department within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards.
Maintain excellent levels of internal customer service.
Work as a liaison between employees and medical coordinators i.e. addressing issues of employees with medical coordinators.
Coordinate with the Hospitals, vendors and pharmacies on panel on issues related to the medical facility.
Prepare and manage budget for the medical department and manage the inventory.
Create a liaison between admin and medical department in managing the inventory.
Perform analysis of medical facility and report to the higher management.

Person Specification:

At least Bachelor’s degree in Management Science or related field
Proven work experience of at least 5 years in similar position. Hospital Administration experience will be preferred.
Effective Communication Skills
Organizational and Multitasking skills
