Job Description:

Key Duties:

1. Managing directly human resources staff: scheduling, assigning and directing work; conducting interview, hiring and orienting new staff; supervising or conducting training, coaches; evaluating and giving appraisals; and ensuring good quality of work.

2. Maintaining the filing system of personnel department.

3. To maintain attendance record for all offices/sites of Mughals Group.

4. Performing or supervising payroll processing, developing, and implementing procedures and applications.

5. Preparing monthly HR reports.

 
Skills Required:
 
1. A minimum of five years experience as HR/ADMIN.
2. Minimum Masters in relevant field.
3. Candidate must be proficient of working with MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
4. Excellent organizational skills.
5. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
6. Knowledge of management, supervisory, leadership methods and principles.
7. Knowledge of organization, operating procedures, and policies of the human resource department.
