Manage all matters pertaining to reception/office appearance and utilities Procure office furniture and supplies Maintain inventory of office stationery Assisting the HR & Admin units to ensure smooth running of operations. Supervising Junior Office Staff. Handling petty cash. Ad hoc duties as required and directed by your CEO Ensuring that the office is clean, and safe for all to operate in.
