1. Develop and Maintain Key Strategic Relationship and perform business development activities.

2. Submit weekly committed numbers of the sales and submit weekly report

as per format.

3. Achieve annual sales of $1 Million and ensure services business of worth $150,000 per annum.

4. Provides forecasting for next 3-6 months so that finances can be arranged & technical/project teams can size up accordingly.

5. Need to ensure full utilization of technical resources so that level of utilization is 90%+ in terms of volume of work.

6. Extract, elicit and present customer requirements appropriately to make a sale.

7. To supervise, direct and motivate the team working under his supervision and to be responsible for their growth.

8. Negotiate the terms of an agreement and closing sales.

9. Negotiate on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers.

10. Create detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process which is largely dictated by the prospective customer.

11. Make accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations.
