Job Description:

Manages Quality Assurance Programs. Ensures the compliance of NFL quality standards by all the stakeholders to achieve internal and external customer satisfaction.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

1. Assist in preparing an annual rice QA plan and ensure its implementation.

2. Monitors and evaluates the quality of incoming and outgoing rice products.

3. Documents rice quality issues and performance measures for management review.

4. Ensures that feedback programs provide Production with guidance to correct problems.

5. Carry out audit of suppliersÂ’ facility, warehouses and identifies non conformance.
 
Skills Required:
 
Hands on knowledge of process reviews and improvements.
Knowledge and experience in rice testing , inspection and fumigation.
Familiar with ISO 9000, HACCP and TQM concepts.
Computer Literate with proficiency in using MS Office and Statistical Tools.
English written and spoken skills.
