Job Responsibilities: - Formulate HR Policies and Strategies while in coordination with the Management
- Complete Management of the Employee Recruitment Process
- Coordinate Orientation Programs for New Employees
- Analyze Training Needs in coordination with the Management
- Maintain Employee HR Policy Compliance Records
- Coordinate Employee Performance Review Sessions
- Resolve of any conflicts related to HR Matters proactively
- Maintain Employee Records and Documents
- Assist management in creating a positive work environment.
Reports To: Chief Executive Officer Qualification: The Candidate Must Possess an MBA Degree Specializing in HR. The candidate must possess good communication skills, be highly motivated and be able to think out-of-the-box to provide solutions in high pressure situations. Experience: At least 5 years progressive experience as Manager HR.in a dynamic and well reputed organization. Remuneration/ Benefits: Contract basis, market competitive salary, monetization equivalent to 1000 CC car, medical and other facilities.
