-To maintain & update the Debtor’s (Commission Receivables) records.
-Preparation & interpretation of Monthly LC-Report.
-Preparation of Debit Notes for due commission on monthly basis respectively.
-Submission of debit notes to respective suppliers (E-mailing)
-Continuous Follow-up with suppliers on Skype, Telephonic conversation & through email reminders.
-Get the TT and remittance copy from suppliers.
-Trouble shooting
-Continuous Follow-up with Logistic Colleagues for prompt execution of orders.
-Continuous Follow-up with Commercial colleagues for Customer’s payments.
-Any other task assigned by the management.
