Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Consultation with clients to understand business vision and objectives and finalize product scope.
• Coordinate with sales team, consult with customers and sales to elaborate product scope
• Study and analyze business processes to identify required product features to support them
• Consult with CTO to know the technological feasibility of a new product or product feature requiring 3rd party integration or industry compliance not in existing functional scope of the system
• Analyze and document functional and non-functional product requirements.
• Coordinate with system analysis team to develop mockups for proposed solutions
• Review and approve product functional specifications
• Coordinate with QA to document business scenarios and test cases
• Review and approve business scenarios and test cases
• Act as intermediary between client and PM to communicate and establish priorities and timelines for deliverables
• Provide product training to QA, Sales, client representatives and end users of the system
• Understand and adhere organization policies, procedures and standards

Skills & Experience:

• Good understanding of requirement engineering principles and practices
• Knowledge about travel industry business processes.
• Good understanding of software development principles and practices
• Hands on experience of Business Process Modeling tools and techniques
• Knowledge about user interface design principles
• Knowledge about Software Quality attributes
• Understand application and database design principles and patterns
• Strong negotiation and communication skills (oral and writing) both Urdu and English
• The candidate must be able to meet international travel requirements and have willingness to travel frequently.
