· Managing Information Security projects, planning, organizing and leading projects / services in order to deliver quality business solutions within agreed timescales and budget. · The successful candidate should have a proven track record in information governance from both a technical and policy perspective. · Successful candidates will have multi-functional IT skills including project management, IT governance, risk management and information assurance using different International Standards such as ISO 27001, ISO 20000, ISO 27005, etc. · Proven experience in risk management and a strong knowledge of different risk management standards and different best practices. · Work experience of business continuity & Disaster Recovery standards. · Proven experience of working with IT security practices and procedures, with the understanding of the underlying risks and their mitigating. · Strong background in Information Security and PCI Compliance. · Experience coordinating or conducting internal/external security audits. · Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently in a high-paced team environment with multiple interdisciplinary groups. · Experience gathering, analyzing, and articulating high-level business requirements. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills; interpersonal and collaborative skills; with the ability to communicate information security, regulatory, and risk-related concepts to technical and nontechnical audiences · People management - experience of managing teams and strong leadership ability · Sound experience in developing technical solutions based on products from leading security vendors such as IBM Security Solutions, McAfee, BlueCoat, RSA and Kaspersky etc.
