- Manage PMO Dashboard for all the resources allocations
- Coordinate with multiple teams gathering information to compile status reports
- Research related tasks
- Successfully completes critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach, including preparing presentations (Critical), personal correspondence, and other tasks that facilitate the HOD’s ability to effectively lead the company
- Keeping track of organization’s processes followed within department and keep resources updated regarding changes
- Assists in coordinating the agenda of senior management team meetings and off-sites, and all staff meetings
- Facilitates cross-divisional coordination of travel and outreach plans
- Support the Head of dept. with day to day workload
- Handle the basic daily activities, timelines, follow ups and keep the record of the activities updated
- Any other tasks assigned by the management
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in related field
- At least 2 years of work experience in project coordination
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Mature, self-motivated, multi-tasking skills and highly organized
- Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
