Skills Required:
- Hands-on experience of all knowledge areas of Project Management
- Coordinate with all stakeholders i.e. Account Manager, PMO, SQA, SCM and other departments on a regular basis
- Get approvals for scope, schedule, cost baselines and any changes to baselines
- Regular reporting to PMO, account manager and senior management
- Based on the deliverables in the contract, assign tasks for each teams and get estimates from different groups
- Finalizing Project Scope and get necessary sign-off e.g. RS sign-off from customer
- Authorizes any change request in requirements
- Manage team in full life-cycle of the development process - analysis, design, development, documentation
- Get FS sign-off from customer
- Get functional and technical design specifications prepared by team
- Based on the estimates from each group e.g. BA, Dev, SQA, Technical writing, etc., finalize the team structure and make a high level project plan based upon the individual plans
- Estimates the size, effort and cost of the project
- Detailed tracking of project cost
- Exposure of both Waterfall and Scrum methodology
- Continuous monitoring of progress of the high level milestones and their projected completion dates by arranging weekly status review meetings
- Re-planning (if required) in case of deviation found against the progress of the defined milestones
- Team Performance Review (Set goals for each team member. Evaluate the performance based on the goals assigned)
- Manage client with business acumen
- Responsible to ensure CMMI level 5 compliance in the project
- Deliver system to customer for UAT with quality and within time
- Implementation of the system at client side (Make an implementation plan and get it signed off by customer. Monitor the implementation plan)
- Responsible for System sign off, Go Live and post go live support
- Min 12 years of experience with 6+ years as PM
- Hands-on experience with involvement in different stages of SDLC
- Degree in CS or Project Management
- Exposure of international projects is a plus
- Excellent grip on Project Management knowledge areas and Process Groups. Familiar with PMBOK standard
- PMP (Preferable)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and able to work as part of an international team
- Excellent Stakeholder Management Skills
- Onsite implementation experience
- Strong Consulting Skills
- Ability to handle and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Development experience with .NET would be preferred
- Experience in banking, financial & leasing domain would be preferred
