• Involved in end-to-end recruitment in large numbers in competitive environment, full lifecycle of recruiting including searching, qualifying, scheduling interviews, offer negotiations, and closure.
  • Evaluate employment factors such as job experience, education, skills, knowledge & abilities, and personality traits pertinent to facilitating hiring decisions.
  • Handle post offer matters - follow up with candidates on joining dates and deal with them if they have any issues such as compensation review, relocation, etc.
  • Experience in handling positions of senior levels i.e. middle levels to top management level.
  • Effectively use personal & professional network, internal database, and employee referrals for recruitment.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategy and action plans to support short and long term objectives of the business.
  • Visit Universities on regular basis to develop professional relationships with top universities.
  • Update weekly recruiting sheet on open/filled positions and attend weekly recruiting meetings to discuss recruitment strategies.
  • Ability to work well independently.

Job Specification:

· At least 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in an IT or technology company.

· At least a bachelor’s degree from a reputed institute.

· Excellent communication skills.

· Exceptional work ethic, with strong values and principles.

· Able to work well independently and with minimal supervision.

· Good team player, a good sense of humor will be a plus.

· Detailed-oriented, with attention to detail for tasks that have zero tolerance for errors.

· Absolute commitment to customer (potential candidates, relevant managers) services.
