We are looking for an individual to fill the position of Vice President of Operations at Netsolace and undertake the following responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: · Establishing organizational structure and operating systems to ensure the achievement of strategic objectives · Forecasting project plans · Periodically reviewing the companys overall strategy to ensure the organization anticipates and respond changing business · Improving the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission -- specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning · Development and implementation of work flow processes · Responsible for all human resource activities to include succession planning, employment, compensation, performance appraisal, labor relations, benefits and training and development · Standardizing and finalizing networking equipments and technologies · Managing all general administration activities · Ensuring Human Capital Development · Making decisions on key strategic issues facing company · Setting strategic marketing direction · Ensuring implementation of policies, directives, and procedures · Monitoring effectiveness of policies, directives, and procedures · Resolving critical shared-resources issues · Ensuring that quality tools and methods are used in managing the business · Planning, design and execution of Marketing / Business Development Plans · Playing a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence · Managing and increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services (HR, Marketing and Finance), through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions · Oversee overall financial management, planning, systems and controls Benefits: Netsolace offers following benefits to its employees - Competitive Salary
