Qualification: Matric
Experience: Minimum 5 Years
Age Limit: Not more than 40 years
- Prepare the Metal surface for powder coating paint.
- Correct imperfections or roughen surface of the products.
- Carefully cleanse product to remove dust and dirt.
- Complete understanding of powder coating plants, its maintenance and operations.
- Adjust nozzles on the spray guns to obtain the proper dispersion of the spray.
- Check the flow and viscosity of the paint or solution.
- Check product for flaws, bubbles, or imperfections.
- Regulate the temperature and air circulation in drying ovens.
- Observe and adjust gauges of powder coating plant and oxygen gas cylinders.
- Complete daily production target within allotted time and resources as determined by the production manager.
- Any other misc. duties as required
