Executive Secretary to CEO
We are looking for a Female Secretary for our CEO. Below are the Job Requirements and Description.
- Maintaining & recording CEO’s appointment schedule, frequent traveling, Reservations, Important birthdays/Anniversaries, Meetings and Invitations by reminding him 2-3 days prior to the event verbally and by text message. Reminders are repeated again on the morning of the said occasions.
- Making arrangements for travel tours and Visa
- Attending all incoming emails of CEO & replying back as per his instructions.
- Attending to travel and protocol requirements
- Coordinate with other manager regarding CEO’s appointment.
- Frequent coordination with airline booking office for CEO’s reservations
- Arranges interviews for new staff making Contract for new staff
- Keep record for all Monthly expenses during Traveling.
- Keep all confidential company documents
- Tours Travel Plans and Hotel Accommodations.
- Preparation of Presentations and minutes for the Board meeting (BRMC)
Requirements
Must have extensive traveling to Europe/Australia/US
Minimum 1Year of Relevant Experience.
Should have Excellent Command over English and business Communication.
Should be available to travel Abroad. When required.
Must have Strong MS Office skills.
Foreign Graduates and experience is a strong plus
