- Estimations preparations and R&D to complete projects from scratch, half cook, broken, compromised and deprecated state
- SCRUM Master
- Identification of customization in pre-built projects at the time of delivery or estimation
- Transformation plans creation from other technologies to WP
- Code reviews to make sure project compliance with WP Codex
- WordPress websites, themes, plugins and add-ons development in multi-lingual
- Training of juniors and colleagues.
- Fluent on at least one WP theme framework (Genesis or Redux)- Fluent on bootstrap 3 Less/Sass Grunt
- At least one delivered theme and one plugin on PHP7 compliance WP4.4.x version
- Knowledge & hands on commonly used plugins: WooCommerce, BuddyPress, Revolution Slider, Visual Composer, Gravity Forms & Contact7 Form etc
- Strong grip on templating for themes and plugins including development of child themes of WP themes
- Strong knowledge about difference in conventions of WP from regions/languages to regions/langauges
- Reasonable skills in WP optimization and anti-spam content manipulation techniques
- Experience in backtracking, reverse engineering and debugging in order to identify customization in WP core, themes and plugins
- Hands on Web Services- Knowledge on WP Multisite development and configurations
- Strong communication skills by all means for client interactions and internal communication
- Social, pleasant and friendly behavior is highly appreciated
