1. Develop strong collaborative relationships with partners.

2. Provide key support in facilitating linkages and synergies between the partners and the program to ensure the activities are implemented as per program design and work plan across all project sites.

3. Conduct routine site visits for monitoring and technical support in related program areas to ensure quality of services, accurate data collection and tracking of activities.

4. Guide and support partners in implementation of project activities, provide affirming feedback, highlight strengths and weaknesses, and make recommendations for process improvement.

5. Organize or facilitate periodic training related to documentation, data collection and reporting.

6. Report any issues with implementation to Program Manager.

7. Develop annual, quarterly and monthly action plans for outreach and monitoring of partners.

8. Coordinate with partners for implementation of planed outreach activities.

9. Conduct periodic review and monitoring of data collection and data management systems to ensure they meet program requirements.

10. Conduct monthly meetings with partners to review progress and provide feedback on reports to ensure outputs are met and appropriate utilization of resources throughout the partnership.

11. Document all outreach and monitoring activities in a timely and accurate manner using agreed tools.

12. Develop annual, quarterly and monthly action plans for training and capacity building activities to support partners.

13. In coordination with the Program Manager, develop site visit checklist.

14. Participate in the review of documents submitted by partners (i.e. narrative reports, work plans, spending plans, etc.).

15. Ensure strict compliance with confidentiality policy and guidelines for information sharing of Gender Based Violence data.

16. Ensure Information Sharing Protocols with partners are signed and updated as needed.

17. Follow up with partners on additional documents or information required and respond to queries as necessary.

18. Liaise with contracted entities in charge of the technical capacity building of partners to plan and organize trainings.

19. Ensure the partners' database and information records are kept up to date.

20. Assist with implementation of program’s databases and data collection tools to systematize and streamline data collection and reporting across all partners.

21. Communicate program changes to partners and ensure timely distribution of IEC materials, and program related information and tools to partners.

22. Provide regular updates to the organization security team on any potential risks or issues in the communities.

23. Participate in workshops, meetings and work planning.

Undertake other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Part 1: Essential Criteria:

a) Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences or Community Development, Public Administration, Human rights etc., preferably with Master’s degree relevant to the position

b) Work Experience:
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience

c) Languages:
Must be fluent in Pashto and Urdu & English.

Part 2: Desirable Criteria:
• Experience with programs focused on adolescent girls, women’s health, GBV or women’s empowerment highly desirable.
• Awareness of the particular protection needs and risks of displaced women and girls
• Willingness to travel to project sites within KP province
