We are looking for Customer Support Representatives (preferably females) for our support department of Telecom Division. The ideal candidate will have the following qualities: The job responsibilities include: - Receiving support calls for both sales support as well as technical support
- Coordinating with customers via phone, web-chat and email
- Coordinate and follow-up with different departments/stake holders for the resolution of support requests.
- Perform online research as may be requested by the sales department
- Data generation and other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
The ideal candidate should: - Hold a Bachelors degree in any discipline. Masters degree would be addedadvantage
- Have 2 -3 years of customer care experience
- Candidate should be in between age group of 24 to 28.
- Be a team player, energetic, and must have command on multi-tasking.
- Candidate must have pleasant and presentable personality and eventempered.
Essential Skills: - Excellent communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficient in operating MS Office suite specially MS Word and Excel
