Nippon Paint’s Management Associate Program (MAP) is an 18-month business & operational skills development program which is carefully crafted as part of our talent management initiative to nurture and develop young talents in fuelling the Company’s insatiable appetite for growth.
If you are selected, you will have the opportunity to KICK-START your career in Malaysia. You will be sent to our Malaysian HQ for an intensive 9-months training. Upon completion, your career development will continue in your home country whereby you will go through another 9 months of job specialisation exposure in one of our unique career tracks.

Requirements:
- Fresh graduates with background in Business, Finance, Sciences, Process/Production engineering, and IT are encouraged to apply
