Next Media Solutions requires energetic telesales representatives for its inbound sales operation. The successful candidates will be working a sales role in the travel industry.
-Candidates with UK Travel industry experience with be preferred.
The ideal candidates will have a British (preferable) or neutral English accent and will be able to converse with and sell to customers flawlessly and manage the sales process efficiently, multitasking information retrieval and exchange, and customer handling.
The selected candidates will be working on a multi-tiered sales process, making experience in inbound telesales desirable.
Applicants must possess exceptional communication skills which must lead to customer satisfaction and subsequently a high conversion percentage.
The candidate MUST have an accent that is either neutral or native to the US or UK
The candidate MUST be driven and motivated and must be willing and able to achieve challenging sales targets.
The candidate must be well organized and possess excellent work ethics. The nature of work will require handling multiple customers and multiple follow ups, disciplined working habits are a must.
