Requirements:

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Experience of using the internet and producing appropriate correspondence
  • Highly organized and able to create new office systems as required
  • One year minimum office based background
  • Bubbly and friendly personality
  • Smart professional appearance

Responsibilities

  • Answering and directing all calls; dealing with training/course inquiries
  • Controlling signing in & out book
  • Greet persons entering organization
    Direct persons to correct destination
  • Deal with queries from the public and customers
  • Ensures knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization
  • Prepare letters and documents
  • schedule appointments
  • Maintain appointment diary either manually or electronically
  • Organize meetings
  • tidy and maintain the reception area
