- Experience of using the internet and producing appropriate correspondence

Responsibilities - Answering and directing all calls; dealing with training/course inquiries
- Controlling signing in & out book
- Greet persons entering organization
Direct persons to correct destination
- Deal with queries from the public and customers
- Ensures knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization
- Prepare letters and documents
