HR/Admin Executive will provide full support to the management in all matters. This individual will have a sense of urgency, attention to detail, and multi-tasking ability with flexibility to change priorities at any given notice. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a fast paced Human Resources & Admin role.

Essential Functions of the position will include:

A) Human Resources:

  • Promoting equality and diversity as part of the culture of the organisation
  • Recruiting staff - this includes developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing job adverts, checking application forms, shortlisting, calling, interviewing and selecting candidates
  • Developing and implementing policies on issues such as working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures
  • Responsible to maintain and keep record of leave applications, update Leave Balance for salary
  • Advising on pay and other remuneration issues, including promotion and benefits;
  • Undertaking regular salary reviews and making reports
  • Administering monthly payroll and maintaining employee records
  • Dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures
B) Administration:
  • Monitoring Administration of the company for smooth operations
  • Providing correspondence services and drafting replies where appropriate to ensure that all issues are dealt efficiently.
  • Preparing routine letters, reports, memorandums, circulars and other correspondence
  • Briefing compliance issues to concerned staff members
  • Maintaining Expense Sheet and updating inventory list
  • Verifying and identifying documents
  • Maintaining office equipments by concerned external people/companies
  • Following up monthly payment for office and electricity, water supply, and telephones
  • Supporting department colleagues in daily relevant activities
  • Get in touch with all government authorities regarding various HR & Admin and Tax matters
  • Performing other duties as requested by management
