To analyze market for his assigned product or group of products and prepare annual Local Marketing Plan.
Planned for sequential growth of product throughout product life cycle.
Develop promotional plan to maximize growth based on appropriate resource allocation.
Conduct field visits on regular basis to assess and ensure implementation of promotional messages and promotional campaigns.
Regularly perform Competitors Assessment to out-perform competition.
Regularly conduct Market Analysis and provide feedback to sales management.
Provide feedback to higher management by doing situational analysis.
Ensure all promotional activity remains within the allocated budget.
Develop set of product Advocates (KOL management) and maximize them in product activity.
Keep strong relationships with different societies, forums and organizations helpful for the business.
Conduct Market Research for his product and or product group on need basis.
Keep track of results and provide feedback to all layers within the organization.
Assess Training needs and conduct and organize different training sessions on regular basis to ensure proper training of self and field force.
