We are designers, manufacturers and marketers of leather products and looking for Sales Executive/Promotion officers for an upcoming brand. Objective The ideal candidate will be responsible for sales programs, devising sales strategies, customer, distributor and retailer interactions. He or she must facilitate business development & marketing team through marketing initiatives and programs. Ideal Profile The ideal profile for this role is a high potential, self-motivated, ambitious and optimistic individual with some experience and exposure of distribution and/or retail of fashion/luxury brands. A previous experience with leather products would be ideal. Job Description - Design, implement, andfacilitate sales program with business development/marketing team
- Work with distributors, wholesalers,retailers and high end stores within the country and abroad.
- Mustcomply with customer management strategy, customer satisfaction surveys, andcustomer relationship management
- Coverspecial events/exhibitions on behalf of the company etc
- Workwith business development/marketing team to identify, expand and developnew business opportunities and enter into new markets.
- Helpmarketing team for future plans through relevant sales forecasting, sales& product feedback etc.
Requirements - A Bachelor Degree (BusinessAdministration preferred)
- 1-2 years of experience in saleswithin similar business units, preferable with brand & retailexperience of fashion/luxury products
- Strong leadership and consensusbuilding skills
- Mustbe a self-starter, highly organized, and able to work well with peoplefrom different cultures at all levels in the organization
- Polished presentation andinterpersonal skills
- Needs good knowledge ofMicrosoft Office and Windows-based computer applications
- Fully bilingual English, Urdu(other local languages) and other foreign languages (preferred)
- The candidate must be willing to travel as and when required
