OKI International SMC Private Limited is an Islamabad F-7 based multinational. We are seeking a female receptionist/ executive assistant who would be required to do all the administrative work and handle calls. This job is perfect for fresh graduates and first-timers. This is an entry level job with no previous experience necessary. The candidate must have the following skills and interests:
- Excellent written and spoken communications skills in both English and Urdu
- Experience with computers and software programs especially MS Word, Excel and Power Point
- Excellent telephone manners
- Confident when using a computer and office equipment
- Marketing and fast browsing and research skills on the Internet
- Presentable and professionally dressed
- Efficient in social media websites like Facebook, YouTube and twitter
- An outgoing personality
- The ability to stay calm under pressure
- Great organizational, office and efficiency skills
- Be discreet and tactful
- Self-motivated and able to use initiative
- An interest in the business
- Tasks will include sending out proposals, making and delivering presentations, booking Executive meetings
- Responsibilities will also involve client follow-up communication, sending e-mails to global suppliers and basic database management
- Timings will be from 9 am to 5 pm
