Job Description:
OKI International SMC Private Limited is an Islamabad F-7 based multinational. We are seeking a female receptionist/ executive assistant who would be required to do all the administrative work and handle calls. This job is perfect for fresh graduates and first-timers. This is an entry level job with no previous experience necessary.
The candidate must have the following skills and interests:
  • Excellent written and spoken communications skills in both English and Urdu
  • Experience with computers and software programs especially MS Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Excellent telephone manners
  • Confident when using a computer and office equipment
  • Marketing and fast browsing and research skills on the Internet
  • Presentable and professionally dressed
  • Efficient in social media websites like Facebook, YouTube and twitter
  • An outgoing personality
  • The ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Great organizational, office and efficiency skills
  • Be discreet and tactful
  • Self-motivated and able to use initiative
  • An interest in the business
  1. Tasks will include sending out proposals, making and delivering presentations, booking Executive meetings
  2. Responsibilities will also involve client follow-up communication, sending e-mails to global suppliers and basic database management
  3. Timings will be from 9 am to 5 pm
