The core job responsibilities for this post are as under:

Counseling of patients in order to increase patient's adherence to advised therapy.
To provide patients detailed information regarding certain diseases and products.
To provide General Medical advice.
To remind patients about their due dose of (assigned product) medicines.
Refer to and fix appointments with the leading consultants in the respective city.
To follow up patients after they have used the medicine.
To educate patients regarding their Diet Plan
Conducting Source Data Verification (SDV) activities following the procedures outlined in OnQual SOPs and Guidelines
To perform quality check activities for reported adverse events during the process of Pharmacovigilance
Tracking the outcome of Source Data Verification.
Accurate reporting of missed Adverse Events, identified during reconciliation
To make sure that all the process of reconciliation & SDV is done according to the SOPs and guidelines provided by the company.
