|
The incumbent will be responsible to manage front desk of main office, attendance register and daily phone calls at SGC Head Office. Main duties will include the following: - Sit at the front door of Head Office to welcome staff and guests.
- To ensure that all the employees put their attendance on attendance machine / register regularly.
- Receive posts in morning and distribute them into the concerned people.
- Prepare a list of all employee phone records and report to In-Charge HR & Admin.
- Listen and respond all incoming calls, and forward the call to concerned person (if available) or otherwise take the message to inform the employee later.
- Collect approved leave forms of employees, and make the record for final payroll purpose.
- At the end of the month finalize the attendance/leave register of Lahore/Branch office employees, send it to In-Charge HR & Admin for checking purpose and finally send to accounts department for payroll.
- Any other duties assigned by seniors.
