Job Description:

The incumbent will be responsible to manage front desk of main office, attendance register and daily phone calls at SGC Head Office.

Main duties will include the following:

  1. Sit at the front door of Head Office to welcome staff and guests.
  2. To ensure that all the employees put their attendance on attendance machine / register regularly.
  3. Receive posts in morning and distribute them into the concerned people.
  4. Prepare a list of all employee phone records and report to In-Charge HR & Admin.
  5. Listen and respond all incoming calls, and forward the call to concerned person (if available) or otherwise take the message to inform the employee later.
  6. Collect approved leave forms of employees, and make the record for final payroll purpose.
  7. At the end of the month finalize the attendance/leave register of Lahore/Branch office employees, send it to In-Charge HR & Admin for checking purpose and finally send to accounts department for payroll.
  8. Any other duties assigned by seniors.
