- The Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring that production requirements are met, appropriate staffing levels are maintained, employee relations are positive, and a safe/clean work environment is maintained.
- Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission.
- Oversee monthly and quarterly assessments and forecasts of organization's financial performance against budget, financial and operational goals. Oversee short and long-term financial and managerial reporting.
- Builds peer support and strong internal-company relationships with other key management personnel.
- With a heavy presence on the production floor, the Operations Manager will provide process engineering support with capital equipment and production processes to ensure efficiency, productivity, and consistency of new and existing equipment.
