Service Manager (Recruitment region: Islamabad, Lahore, and Karachi)
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for Pakistan's service center management, implementation of the assessment objectives;
2. Caring the staff, to keep well-informed of trends in psychology to help employees change their attitude, to create an efficient team unity, good communication between the leadership and staff of the bridge;
3. Develop and improve the service center service center rules and regulations, the development of online and telephone customer service and other customer service processes, improve customer satisfaction.
