|
Technical Knowledge Requirement: - Provide troubleshooting and technical support via phone, web based tools and email.
- Must have Solid understanding of TCP/IP and higher level protocols (SMTP, DNS, VPN, VLAN, etc.). Good knowledge of the full stack is very desirable.
- Must have Very good understanding of Microsoft technologies (Powershell, IIS, Active Directory, ADFS, WMI).
- Must have Good knowledge of Linux/BSD and the LAMP stack. Package management, shell scripts, cron jobs, file systems and running core networking technologies.
- Must have some working knowledge of virtual machines. Must be able to install and manage virtual machines on Microsoft Hyper-V platform.
- Must have some working knowledge of Azure and EC2 cloud offering.
Skills Required: - Organization and Troubleshooting skills.
- Communication skills.
Qualification/Certification Required: - Diploma/Bachelors in IT.
- Cisco certification is a plus.
- MCP certification is a plus.
